At Meloncase.com, we do not stock or ship any helmets. All helmets sold through this site are done through Amazon. Therefore, you should refer to Amazon’s Return and Exchanges Policy.

In our experience, most helmet suppliers accept returned product as long as it is in new, packaged condition. That doesn’t mean un-opened, just make sure that it looks like it did when you opened the package it came in. So be careful when opening the package your helmet came in. Being able to reuse the packaging is helpful.

Please refer to the individual product pages for any specific suppliers details on returns and exchanges. There are a few suppliers that do not accept returned product.
